Issue: The most common problem will be your SIP softphone failing to register or connect.

Fix: Be sure to start with your connection—make sure it is good and fast. If you agree with all the above, then reconsider your SIP server settings and credentials once again. This is true sometimes a little refresh does the trick.

Audio Problems? Hear This: Clear Calls Ahead!

Issue: It may be silent or the sound quality of what you hear doesn’t seem consistent.

Fix: First, look at the settings of the microphone and speakers that are connected to your computer. Check the appropriate audio input and output to make sure that your device is using them. That could also be solved by restarting the softphone app you are using as well!

Issue: Some of the customer communication disconnections occur in middle of the conversation.

Fix: This could be due to poor signals, poor or unfixed wireless signals, poor mobile network signals among others. You can always change for the wired connection or get a better Wi-Fi connection for
